Final Fantasy XIV: How To Get The Wind Up Azeyma Minion Patch 6.1 was a significant update for Final Fantasy XIV, bringing not just the new MSQ but also a new Alliance raid and a slew of new goods. Mounts and minions are two of the more cosmetic goods that players are usually interested in, and the Azeyma minion was one of the minions added to Final Fantasy XIV. This is a god character’s servant in the Final Fantasy XIV universe, and it’s a good tie-in to the new Alliance Raid. Let’s look at how you can get your hands on this minion and have a tiny god following you about.
How to get the Azeyma Minion in Final Fantasy XIV
Because it is one of the bosses you must face to clear the raid, this minion is a wonderful tie-in with the new Alliance Raid. While the minion does not drop from the boss encounter she is based on, clearing the Alliance Raid will get you her. Each run of Final Fantasy XIV’s Alliance Raid usually drops one copy of the Azeyma minion, so you might have to do a few before you ultimately roll higher than the rest of your alliance and grab her.

Unfortunately, unlike her divine counterpart, the minion has no unique abilities, but it is still a fun little companion to have if you enjoy Azeyma. She is like most minions in that she follows you everywhere. Because you can only claim one item from the Alliance Raid loot per week, most players will have to wait a bit to receive her. That means you’ll have to pass up all of the top-tier gear that drops throughout the raid if you want the minion, and you won’t want to run the raid again for another chance at acquiring the stuff you want.
Of course, taking the minion when it first appears is quite acceptable. If you’re a collector with top-tier stuff, roll need on the minion and hope for the best. There are also music scrolls and Triple Triad cards that drop, in addition to the minion drop at the conclusion. If you don’t have anything else to gain from the Alliance Raid, there are always good options. Check out our other guides for Final Fantasy XIV if you need any additional assistance.
