Halo Infinite: How To Get The Popcorn Achievement. Viewing a clip in Theater is required for the Halo I achievement “Get the Popcorn.” Theater Mode is an old Halo feature that lets you watch and edit match recordings.
Viewing a clip is simple, but some menu navigation is required. This is the quickest way to achieve this goal. Let’s start with our guide to obtaining the popcorn achievement.
How to Unlock the Popcorn Achievement in Halo Infinite
If you’ve already finished a Halo Infinite match, skip to the fourth paragraph. If you haven’t finished a match yet, go to the Main Menu’s Play tab, select Custom Game, and then press Play.
When the match has finished loading (and you can fire your weapon), press the Menu (aka Start) button on your controller, scroll down, press End Game, and then press Okay.

Make sure you don’t press the Leave Match button by accident. If you do this, the game will not be saved to your Match History. Once you’ve finished the game, go back to the Main Menu.
Navigate to the Community tab on the Main Menu with the Right Bumper, then press Theater. My Match History should be a visible option. Select My Match History, then click on any of the Films available, press Watch Film, and then press Watch again to confirm.
The movie will start, and the achievement Get the Popcorn will be unlocked.
