You’ll need to travel to the Altus Plateau to obtain both of these tears. This is the region to Liurnia’s north. You’ll need to acquire the two pieces of the Dectus Medallion from Fort Haight and Fort Faroth in order to go there. After that, you can take the Dectus Grand Lift to the plateau. You can also face the dungeons that link Liurnia and Altus Plateau, but they not recommended for new or low-level players. Furthermore, the lift will get you closer to your destination.

Once you’ve reached the plateau, head east to the large stairway leading to the other side of the capital city’s outer wall. Keep an eye out for the Tree Sentinel bosses at the very top. If you unprepared to deal with them, you may simply dodge them. Head northeast once inside the wall to find the Minor Erdtree. You’ll notice that it’s different from the others you’ve seen before. This Minor Erdtree has no boss, only several foes in front of it. The tears can found in a dish behind the opponents at the base of the tree.
