| All Recon Machines Killed | Kill a Burrower, a Longleg, a Redeye Watcher, and a Skydrifter. |
| All Combat Machines Killed | Kill a Clawstrider, a Corruptor, a Dreadwing, a Grimhorn, a Ravager, a Scorcher, a Shellsnapper, a Slaughterspine, a Slitherfang, a Stalker, a Stormbird, a Thunderjaw, and a Tremortusk. |
| All Transport Machines Killed | Kill a Behemoth, a Bellowback, a Leaplasher, a Rollerback, and a Shell-Walker. |
| Rode All Regular Mounts | Override and then ride a Charger, a Bristleback, and a Clawstrider. To override a Charger, you will need to complete Cauldron Tau, while overriding a Clawstrider will require an Override Key from Cauldron IOTA, which is not too far from Salt Bite. |
| Completed a Long Glide | Glide continuously for 60 seconds. |
| Completed 2 Flying Mount Quests | Use the flying mount to complete two side quests or errands. There are four available: The Way Home, First to Fly, Shining Example, and Tides of Justice. Complete the “The Wings of the Ten” main story mission first. |
| Won 2 Gauntlet Runs | Finish first in two of the game’s four Gauntlet Run races. The first Gauntlet Run is in the Dry Yearn. Second will become available in the Cliffs of the Cry. |
| Completed a Set of Salvage Contracts | Complete every contract for one Salvage Contractor. There are four of them in total, and they are in Barren Light, The Greenswell, The Stillsands, and The Raintrace. |
| Completed 4 Rebel Outposts | Complete four Rebel Outposts. |
| Completed 3 Relic Ruins | Complete three of the eight Relic Ruins puzzles. You are free to choose between The Daunt, No Man’s Land, The Restless Weald, The Dry Yearn, The Stillsands, Runner’s Wild, The Long Coast, and The Isle of Spires Relic Ruins. |
| Completed Arena Challenge Set | Complete the Amateur Tier at the Arena in Memorial Grove. The Arena and its challenges become available once you have completed the “The Kulrut” main story mission and the “Opening the Arena” side quest. |
| Defeated Machine Strike Challengers | Beat any two Machine Strike players. Defeat the Beginner Machine Strike players in Chainscrape and Barren Light. |
| Obtained All Weapon Classes | Obtain one of each of the nine weapon types in Horizon Forbidden West. You will acquire eight of these as you progress through the game. |
| Used all Elemental States | Inflict Brittle, Corroding, Shocked, Burning, Drenched, and Plasma Blast elemental states by hitting enemies with elemental ammo. |
| Performed 3 Melee Combos | Perform three different melee combos. Unlocked in the Warrior skill tree and used in regular combat or in the Melee Pits. |
| Stealth Killed 10 Machines | Stealth kill ten machines. |
| Tore off 100 Components | Tear off 100 machine components. |
| Picked up 5 Heavy Weapons | Pick up five different heavy weapons. Heavy weapons are in Rebel Camps and Outposts or torn off certain machines. |
| 10 Types of Machine Overridden | Override ten different machine types. To unlock certain machines, you will first need to obtain their Override Codes by completing cauldrons. |
| Defeated the Enduring | Beat the Enduring. First, you need to complete all of the Melee Pit challenges in Chainscrape, Scalding Spear, The Bulwark, and Thornmarsh. After that, simply follow the quest marker and then beat the Enduring in combat. |
| Fully Upgraded a Valor Surge | Fully Upgrade a Valor Surge through the skill tree menu. |
| Upgraded 3 Weapons | Full Upgrade any three weapons at a Workbench. |
| Upgraded 3 Outfits | Fully Upgrade any three outfits at a Workbench. |
| Upgraded Every Pouch Type | Upgrade the Food, Potion, Resource, and Trap pouches as well as any ammo pouch. |
| Enhanced Weapon with Coils | Equip two coils to any weapon. |
| Unlocked 3 Weapon Techniques | Unlock Weapon Techniques for three different weapon types. |
| Recovered 5 Different Collectables | Find a Survey Drone, a Black Box, a Relic Ruin, a Vista Point, and a Signal Lens. |
| Used Dye Flowers | Dye an armor set. You can find flowers with which to dye armor growing on the side of rocks and cliffs. Dye Merchants are in Plainsong, Scalding Spear, and Thornmarsh. |

| All Tallnecks Overridden | Override all 6 Tallnecks. The first four are in Cinnabar Sands, The Stillsands, The Stand of the Sentinels, and Landfall, while another is encountered near Salt Bite inside Cauldron: IOTA. The final Tallneck is in The Shining Wastes. You won’t be able to override it until you reach the “The Wings of the Ten” main story mission. |
| Defeated Asera | Complete all six Rebel Camps. |
| All Cores Overridden | Complete all six Cauldrons. Cauldrons MU, IOTA, CHI, and KAPPA are near The Base, Scalding Spear, Thornmarsh, and The Greenhouse. Cauldrons Tau and Gemini are part of the main story. |
| Obtained 3 Stripes at All Hunting Grounds | Obtain 3 stripes of any kind at the Hunting Grounds in The Daunt, Plainsong, The Sheerside Mountains, and The Raintrace. |
| All Machine Types Scanned | Scan all 43 types of machines. You should make sure to scan enemies while you have the chance as you can only grab this trophy if you scanned all 43 machines. If you died during Specter Prime battle, you have to scan it again during your retry. |
