Dying Light 2: About Marco Tell Truth Or Not. In Dying Light 2, the Cheers! sidequest gets snatched rather early on. After fleeing the hospital with Hakan and progressing through the main storey to the major mission The Only Way Out, players will obtain entrance to the Bazaar. Aiden will need to speak with people at the Bazaar as part of this mission, which serves as a prologue to the sidequest.
Once inside the Church, players can find Julian in a tiny enclosure beside the Master Craftsman, which packed with jars and boxes of food. Julian finds himself in a dilemma when another NPC accuses him of making a toxic cocktail that has rendered another survivor seriously ill. When players interact with Julian and accept this mission, they will be on their way to finding Marco in Dying Light 2.

Locating Marco In Dying Light 2
Players must first locate Marco before offered a decision about what to do with him. Marco’s location on the map is a little odd, so finding him can be a pain. After accepting Julian’s sidequest, players should proceed to the “Locate Marco” diamond on the map. They’ll observe a sequence of buildings, one of which houses Marco and has a number of open windows on the upper floor. By crawling inside one of these windows, players can reach a half open door on the other side, which leads to a pitch-black room.
After that, gamers must turn on their flashlight and proceed to the bottom of the shaft-like chamber, stopping on the second floor and entering an open kitchen-like space where Marco can seen resting against a window. It’s worth noting that Marco is on the second floor, therefore players that walk all the way to the bottom of the building will have to go back up one floor within the shaft to find the proper room and speak with the NPC.
After speaking with Marco, players must return to the first floor and deal with the zombies that have taken over the area. After doing so (and removing a zombie from the door), Marco will appear in a short cutscene.
Siding With Marco In Dying Light 2
Players will given a choice halfway through the cutscene. Aiden must choose between reporting Marco and looking the other way after learning that he delivered poisoned water to the Bazaar by accident.
Julian will held responsible for unintentional crime if he sides with Marco. Julian will arrested for his “crime” because there no proof that Marco brought poisoned water to the Bazaar (which will have evolved to murder by this point the patron who drank the water will not have survived).
Unfortunately, Julian will take the fall while Aiden looks the other way, but the players will benefit from Marco’s additional flour as a “prize” for their deception. Players will receive EXP, 250 Old World money, and 5 Flour in total.
Siding With Julian In Dying Light 2
If players choose to turn Marco in to the Bazaar, he will attack them in a rage, resulting in a fairly difficult boss fight due to Aiden’s low level. Marco employs unblockable Power Attacks, forcing opponents to dodge and then attack with fast offensive blows.
Players must return to the Bazaar once Marco defeated and inform them that Marco did indeed poison the water source. Players must also inform the survivors that Marco has died, and the quest will end in the same way regardless of the dialogue choice they choose at this point.
