Life Is Strange Episode 4 Photos Locations. In Life is Strange, there are a lot of hidden collectibles to locate. These optional photo possibilities can found throughout each episode, with some requiring Max to make specific decisions or the opportunity to capture the shot would lost.
In Life is Strange, Episode 4: Dark Room, there are ten Photo collectibles to find. Don’t worry if you missed some; every episode can replayed in “Collectible Mode” from the main menu to look for missing photo opportunities without affecting prior player decisions. Each picture will unlock its own Trophy/Achievement, and after all ten are located, the “Shutterbug” Trophy/Achievement will unlocked as well.

All Optional Photo Collectible Locations in Episode 4 of Life is Strange
Optional Photo Opportunity 1 – Chloe (Chloe’s House)
After Max has returned from the parallel realm, take the first optional shot in Episode 4 of Life is Strange by standing behind Chloe. The “Ambient” Trophy/Achievement will unlocked as a result of this.
Optional Photo Opportunity 2 – Bird Eggs (Chloe’s House)
After snapping the first picture, head downstairs to Chloe’s garage and to the corner beside the garage door. To capture the second optional photo of the bird eggs, move the wooden plank out of the way. When you take a picture, the “Time-Lapsed” Trophy/Achievement will appear.
Depending on what critical choices they have made in Life is Strange, players may discover vastly different states of David and Joyce’s relationship by inspecting the items about the house.
Optional Photo Opportunity 3 – Cairn (Outside Dormitory)
Outside the dormitories, keep to the left to find the Cairn on the grass while enquiring about Nathan in Life is Strange. To earn the “Balance” Trophy/Achievement, take a picture.
Optional Photo Opportunity 4 – Squirrel (Outside Dormitory)
Go to Samuel on the bench once you’ve taken a snapshot of the Cairn. Max can ask him about a variety of topics, but to persuade him to feed a squirrel, select the “Animals” and “Squirrels” dialogue choices.

To unlock the “Rangefinder” Trophy/Achievement, Max must take a picture of the squirrel, much like in prior photo collecting possibilities in Life is Strange. After Samuel has fed one squirrel, click the suggestion on the food to feed another, and then take a picture of the two of them munching together.
Optional Photo Opportunity 5 – Footprints (Boys’ Dormitory)
Turn right once you’re inside the guys’ dorm and approach near to the window. Players will now prompted to take a photo of the footprints outside in order to unlock the “Gamma Value” Trophy/Achievement.
Optional Photo Opportunity 6 – Beached Whale (Arcadia Bay Beach)
Get as near to the whales on the beach as possible before getting to Frank’s RV. Players will prompted to take an optional photo of a beached whale around halfway down the path. The “Dioptric Power” Trophy/Achievement will unlocked as a result.
Following that, Max and Chloe will meet with Frank about Nathan’s disappearance and Rachel Amber’s abduction. Frank will be less antagonistic toward the pair and simpler to persuade into an ally if players take the money in Episode 3 of Life is Strange.
Optional Photo Opportunity 7 – Bird (Outside Barn)
Max and Chloe will travel to a seemingly abandoned farm after piecing together the clues in Chloe’s room. A bird perched on the metal sheet that must moved in order to gain access to the structure. Max must photograph it in order to earn the “Fisheye” Trophy/Achievement, but it will flee if she approaches. Rewind time to bring the bird back to its perch while standing near by. Take a picture as soon as it returns.
Optional Photo Opportunity 8 – Owl (Inside Barn)
Go to the very rear of the platform once Max has ascended to the top level of the barn to take the optional image of the owl and earn the “Manually Exposed” Trophy/Achievement. Max and Chloe will shortly make a discovery, and their reactions will alter depending on whether Kate saved or not in Life Strange.
Optional Photo Opportunity 9 – Justin (Swimming Pool Toilets)
Turn left into the toilet area before entering the VIP portion of the End of the World Party at the swimming pool. Justin is standing in front of a mirror, and due to the placement of the artwork in front of him, his bottom half appears to be graffiti. To unlock the “Slideshow” Trophy/Achievement, complete the ninth optional photograph collectible in Life is Strange.
Optional Photo Opportunity 10 – Twin Moons (Swimming Pool)
Return to the Swimming Pool area’s entrance and gaze above and to the right. Through the lofty windows, two menacing moons can seen, and Max can now capture a picture to get the “Tripod” and “Shutterbug” Trophies/Achievements.
Because the 10 photo chances in each episode of Life is Strange are the only optional unlockables in the game, finding them will result in a quick Platinum Trophy or complete Gamerscore.
