Where To Find Wild Horses & New Mounts In Skyrim Anniversary Edition .The Skyrim Anniversary Edition introduces a number of new mounts, including tamable Wild Horses and a festive Reindeer.In vanilla Skyrim, there are so few unique horses that you can count them on one hand. Shadowmere Frost gotten through the Dark Brotherhood a questline in Riften, respectively, while Arvak obtained after downloading the Dawnguard DLC. This Creation leads players to a new Dwemer ruin beneath Runoff Caverns, which is located halfway between Markarth and Falkreath. However, the body of this Dwarven Horse found just beyond the cave’s entrance.
Interacting with the body will start the quest “The Dwarven Horse,” which will send players through the Dwemer ruin of Vardnknd in order to retrieve the horse’s legs. When all of the pieces have recovered, a Horse Head appear in the area at the end of the dungeon, which reattached with the other pieces to rebuild the horse, complete the quest, and obtain a fancy new mount.
The Reindeer

The Reindeer is one of Skyrim’s few non-horse mounts, and it’s also one of the easiest to obtain as part of the Anniversary Edition. The Reindeer is a symbol of Saturalia, which is The Elder Scrolls’ version of the real-life Christmas festival (and, more specifically, Saturnalia).
Argrane Peryval’s campsite lies southwest of Dawnstar, between the city and the Windward Ruins, where the Reindeer mount found. The encampment, as well as Peryval himself, dressed in bright colours, making it difficult to miss. A Unicorn

Travel to Riften after starting the task and head northeast until you reach Lost Prospect Mine, which is only a few minutes away. A pond to the west of Lost Prospect Mine is where the Unicorn usually spawns. Expect to bucked off a few times, and avoid attempting to tame the Unicorn near any high cliffs. The Unicorn’s horn is wonderful, too. Taming this magnificent beast is as difficult as taming any other horse, but the Unicorn stands out for its substantially improved stamina and status as an important NPC.

Seven more Wild Horses featured in the Wild Horses Creation and found around Skyrim. They found throughout all of the province’s several holds, each with its own unique location. Stablemasters in adjacent cities sell Horse Maps that will take the player to these off-the-beaten-path locations.
Getting a horse to behave as simple catching up to it, jumping on its back, and hoping you don’t get too bucked off. The horse will eventually succumb and become your primary mount. Except for their appearance, these Wild Horses are identical to regular Skyrim horses, and taming them does not cost the player any cash.
