Finding Your Way Through Voice of Cards
To find the next location where players should go, they should talk to everyone in each town. Players will need to look for in-game hints to find their next destination, just like in other old-school JRPGs. Talking with NPCs will usually give players an idea of where they should go as well as the approximate distance between locations.
Speaking with the locals in Nexton will reveal that Thriceton is to the northwest. Players will also learn that deviating from the path is risky, as the area has been infested with monsters that will attack them. As a result, players must seek out a path that leads in that direction.
Signposts will also help players find their way in Voice of Cards: the Isle Dragon Roars; when clicked on, the sign informs the reader that Thriceton is directly to the north. It is still critical to stay on track at this point. Some of the creatures off the path can kill the unwary at the low levels a player will be at this point in the game. Players will probably want to explore off the path after they have levelled up a little and obtained some new armour and weapon cards in the shops.
Players will now be able to safely fast travel between the two towns, giving them places to go quickly if a fight breaks out.
