Where to find Silkweed in New World
Silkweed is found in many territories, but you’ll find it mostly in these two regions:
- Brightwood
- Mourningdale
Silk farm Brightwood
Silkweed is one of the first zones you’ll notice in Brightwood. You’re probably not at a high enough harvesting level to select it when you first notice it, but Brightwood is still one of the greatest zones for silk farming.
Brightwood’s densest Silk area is around The Eldritch, just north of Brightest Cemetary, Chancellor’s Torment, and northeast of Eldritchton. The bright watch is the best place to start for this Silk farm. Exit town to the southeast and follow the road. The greatest sites are marked on the map below.

Mourningdale Silk Farm
Mourningdale is without a doubt the best territory for farming Silk. Technically, this is a level 45-50 zone, however you may make your way through here around level 40 if you want to level your harvesting by taking advantage of the varied plantlife.
Zoom in on your Mourningdale map to see the area names, then look for the Flooded Plains. Silkweed plants can be found both north and south of the Marsic point of interest. It is possible to begin at Mourningdale Town or even at the northern Restless Shore Spirit Shrine (Shrine of Sisyphos).
These are the best places in the New World to find Silkweed. Of course, there are plenty other places to visit, such as Cutlass Keys and Edengrove. The complete list is available on the interactive New World Silkweed map. Check out our website’s New World section for more articles, buildings, and useful guides.
