Magisk Manager

Over recent years, Magisk has become popular as the Google SecurityNet System has secured more Android features. You can use root and custom mods with Magisk (first created by topjohnwu while using services such as Google Pay. The system partition will be unchanged and the boot partition will be changed. That is why it is called a root method without a structure. When you have all the components in place, it is very easy to install.

What You’ll Need:
  • A device running Android 4.2+
  • Custom Recovery (how to install)
  • We’ll be using TWRP in this guide

How To Download Magisk

The first thing you’ll need is a Magisk zip file to think your phone has a custom recovery. This is the file in the next step we are going to blink. On the official TD forum, you can find the latest zip update. Install and pass the new zip to your phone / tablet or install it on your phone / tablet directly. This can easily be done by installing the Magisk Manager application (found in step 3) to download your latest zip available now.

If there is no customized recovery for your device, either:
  • Manually patch your device’s boot image and flash it, or
  • Use the Direct Install option

The Magisk Manager are both present. However, the recommended method is Flashing Magisk with a custom recovery.

How To Flash Magisk

Next, we go to recovery mode and zip flash. Find out how your computer can be booted in recovery mode using this guide. Typically, the power Button and  volume  keys are combined. Follow these steps once you start your custom recovery:

  • In recovery mode, select the Install button.
  • Find the folder where you download the zip file.
  • Select the zip file
  • Swipe the slider to install Magisk
  • Tap Reboot System
How To Install Magisk Manager App

Now install the Magisk system on your device. You need the properly named Magisk Manager to manage it. You will install modules this way. Download here the new Magisk Manager APK and make sure in the Settings you have activated “Unknown sources.” Open and activate the device.

You can configure and install modules that are install in root settings via the Manager app. The software duplicates as a repository for a collection of large modules that can quickly expand the device features. The use of the Manager framework is necessary if this root method is to be maximized.

How To Verify
  • The final step is to check that all works correctly. Open the Manager app, recently installed. A lot of green check marks are to be seen in the app. It means that you have gained root successfully. Super job! Super job!
  • First, we want to ensure that Google’s Safety Net search still goes through your app. When the program has modified, Safety Net blocks applications like Google Pay. The device is left untouched, which operates Magisk throughout. Select the “Safety Net Test Start Press” button. If under the button, your computer has passed the test if you see two green check marks.
  • Google often breaks this up with new Android security patch patches, but when that happens the Magisk developer releases fixes. If you are on a Custom ROM, the maintainer needs to work with Safety Net to fix problems as they happen. You should also remember that if you change the system partition of your computer, Safety Net may be disabled.

If you have issues with the installation, go to TD’s official Magisk forum. Many others with the same computer and issues will be able to find you. The author can also be found within the TD website. He reviews regularly to ensure that Safety Net functions as best as possible. This works.

Long time reader, first time commenter — so, thought I’d drop
a comment.. — and at the same time ask for a favor.

Your wordpress site is very simplistic – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme
you’re using? (and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)

I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.

In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching
for “royal cbd” on Google (would appreciate any feedback)

Keep up the good work– and take care of yourself during
    the coronavirus scare!
