There are two key things to consider before attacking this Titan. Make this your fourth or fifth Titan to be slain as the first step. You should aim to have your party’s average level be at least level 40–45.
Make sure to enable Koraidon/swimming Miraidon’s abilities per the second recommendation. After taking down your second Titan, you’ll get access to swimming. How to Locate the False Dragon Titan
