How To Evolve Galarian Yamask In Pokémon Go. Regional variations of specific Pokemon species have been a part of Pokemon since Generation 7, and they have appeared in Pokemon GO. Galarian forms have continued this tendency in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Unlike their ordinary counterparts, these regional varieties must through unique processes in order to evolve into a Pokemon that has never been seen before. The Yamask of the Unova region is one of the numerous Galarian creatures introduced in SwSh.
In-game events in Pokemon GO allow players to catch a common Yamask. Players will have an opportunity to obtain the Galarian Yamask by finishing Yamask’s Timed Research. The Galarian form has a rune attached to its “tail,” which is the most obvious distinction. Galarian Yamask won’t develop into Cofagrigus, though. Instead, it will evolve into a Runerigus of the Ground/Ghost type.
Renri Seong’s 11/1/2022 revision Players may have spotted new Special Research in their quest log as of October 20, 2022. The most recent method for trainers to acquire their own Galarian Yamask and Runerigus is through this. To evolve the Spirit Pokemon, however, catching Galarian Yamask and farming Yamask Candy won’t be sufficient. Players must fulfill one further step in order to transform Yamask into Runerigus. Fortunately, even for casual gamers, the procedures for evolving it aren’t too difficult. The following tutorial has been updated to provide thorough instructions on how to get Galarian Yamask and advice on how to transform it into Runerigus rapidly.

How to Get Galarian Yamask in Every Way (2022)
Galarian Yamask was a Pokemon that could be found in the Wild Area or on Route 6 in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. The inability to catch Runerigus forced the players to evolve Yamask. Strange methods of Pokemon evolution are nothing new, and Galarian Yamask is no exception.
Galarian Yamask, a Pokemon GO reward, was given for finishing the October 24, 2020, release of A Spooky Message Unmasked. As part of Niantic’s annual Halloween event for Pokemon GO, the regional-variant Yamask just made its comeback on October 20, 2022, in the new Special Research: “Mysterious Masks.”
Special Research Guide for Mysterious Masks
In conclusion, players will receive four Galarian Yamasks after completing all of the “Mysterious Masks” Special Research. Pokemon that you “encounter” should be at least a 2-star level.

Galarian Yamask hatching
Gifted 7km Eggs have a chance to hatch into Galarian Yamasks or normal Yamasks throughout the event. Players simply need to place an Egg in an Incubator for it to hatch. You can do this by going to the Menu’s Pokemon page (accessed on the overworld map by tapping the Poke Ball icon). To view Eggs, select one to incubate by tapping the Eggs tab.
Each trainer will have one orange incubator that they can use as many times as they like. However, players can either receive Standard Incubators (blue) or Super Incubators (purple) as rewards for leveling up, or they can pay 150 Coins for the former and 200 Coins for the latter.
Raids to catch Galarian Yamask
On rare occasions, Galarian Yamask will show up in gyms as a 1-star raid Pokemon. Galarian Yamask will have a 3-star rating if captured in this manner, just like any other Pokemon taken in a productive raid. Shiny Hunters should also keep in mind that a Galarian Yamask captured during a raid has a chance of being Shiny.
The Evolution of Galarian Yamask
The player can begin working on evolving Galarian Yamask once they get it. Then, they must participate in 10 raids after designating Yamask as their Buddy Pokemon. Players will also require 50 Yamask Candy. Along with the Candy harvested by collecting ordinary and Galarian Yamasks, finishing the whole “Mysterious Masks” special study will yield 49 Yamask Candy. When all of these conditions are satisfied, Galarian Yamask’s page’s Evolve button should “lit up.”
It won’t matter if players take part in a raid if Yamask isn’t their buddy Pokemon. Additionally, players must carry out this action for each Galarian Yamask. In order to obtain one (1) Runerigus, you must assign one (1) Galarian Yamask as a buddy, spend 50 Candy, and win 10 Raids.
Repeat the procedure with another Galarian Yamask to obtain another Runerigus. Due of how tedious the evolution process is, players may only want to evolve their best Galarian Yamask (i.e., one with a high evaluation).
