German sports cars and the division of a zone into three both mentioned in the first Treasure Clue. This means that, when driving a German sports car, you must receive three stars in any speed zone.
For this challenge, any German sports car will do, but for certainty, choose the 1983 Volkswagen Gold GTI. Additionally, any speed zone will do, so pick one where you are sure you can earn three stars. For this task, the Punta Allen speed zone is a nice one to try.
