Omori Batteries Location. In the game’s opening moments, Omori teases players with a trapdoor that requires a set of batteries to open. But those batteries only found along one of the pathways.

Otherworld, a tourist destination for space travelers, is the first site the game directs the player to look. There is a lot to discover here, but the frozen lake to the east is peculiar. There is an empty igloo with a locked trapdoor and a mechanical fish. That requires batteries next to a fishing place and an unusual shop.
The fish, the batteries, and the trapdoor are all related, as many gamers would have guessed. However, when players initially come, they shouldn’t worry too much about this location. Only near the end of Omori’s lengthy journey. And only on an alternative route will they be able to use it. This article contains some minor spoilers as a result.
Omori’s Alternate Route
In Omori, there are two phases that take up the players’ time. They alternate between playing Omori in the dream world and Sunny, Omori’s real-life counterpart, when they are acting in reality.
The route split takes place when people are awake. The player will be on the conventional route, also called the Sunny route. If they welcome Kel at the door and tour Faraway town. They go the Hikikomori route, sometimes known as the Omori route, if they ignore Kel and remain inside each time.

Only the Hikikomori route contains the batteries. Players will encounter dead batteries on both paths, but they are unrelated in any way.
Finding The Batteries
Prior to reading the “One Day Left” chapter, players must advance through the story. Once there, they must travel back to Otherworld and stop by Capt. Spaceboy’s home. Talking to his father Pinkbeard will trigger a cutscene. That finishes with the player receiving batteries at the top of the stairs.
The fish will then begin singing after the player inserts the batteries. And its voice will start to closely resemble K.K. Slider from Animal Crossing. The trapdoor will release once the song finished. The letter “G” for the hangman game. And a portal to an optional area named Snowglobe Mountain can found beneath the trapdoor.
A large area with numerous distinctive NPCs and hidden artifacts called Snowglobe Mountain. The new boss fight with Capt. Spaceboy, now known as Space Ex-Husband, at the top of the mountain is the highlight.
