Mirror Mode not available right away for Sonic Origins. Players who not have access to Digital Deluxe edition or Start Dash pre-order pack. Simply beating any of the Sonic games in the collection will unlock it. Players will notice the Mirror Mode option show up in the game’s menu after the credits have finished.

Additionally, individuals who buy Sonic Origins’ Digital Deluxe edition. Will instantly gain access to Mirror Mode and receive the following extras:

- 10 Letterbox Backgrounds

- Character animation during music islands
- Additional music from Mega Drive and Genesis titles
