Though fans will need to meet some conditions before attempting to unlock these secret characters.
How to Unlock Smith IV in Vampire Survivors
Players must first unlock Exdash and Toastie, two secret characters, in order to enter Smith IV. Exdash may unlocked by starting the game. And typing “x-x1viiq” without the quotations as soon as the start menu appears. After beating the Stalker or the Drowner, players can unlock Toastie in Vampire Survivors by pressing the down arrow key. And Enter when the red ghost appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Players can gain Smith IV by unlocking both of these Vampire Survivors secret characters, which involves some quick typing. Indeed, fans must begin the game and then race through the following steps; if they do so quickly enough, the white ghost will appear on the character selection screen:
- Go to the start menu, type “spam”, and click Start.
- Type “spam” on the character select screen, click Confirm, and click Start.

For the uninitiated, reaching the 31-minute mark on the Mad Forest stage unlocks this Vampire Survivors Arcana. Which pulls stage items toward the character every two minutes. Fans who are having problems getting to that point should look into the Clock Lancet. And Laurel evolutions, since they are particularly useful against the Reaper.

Players should enter the Dairy Plant stage and select it after acquiring the Mad Groove Arcana. Several things will drawn to the chosen Vampire Survivors character as soon as the level loads.
