Tanks are tough, but they have several weaknesses that you can exploit. To destroy those weak points, all you have to do is fire at them. Ideally, before engaging one, you should examine it from a distance with binoculars. These weak points are primarily the rear engine and the two tracks.
To begin, you must immobilise a tank by destroying its tracks. This can be accomplished with any type of explosive. Approach the tank and attach an explosive to one of its wheels. You can also use Panzerfaust weapons, which can be found nearby.

Once the tank has been disabled, quickly take down the enemy who is operating the mounted weapon in order to stop the tank’s never-ending barrage of bullets.
Then, proceed to its rear and fire at its engine, which is located just below the exhaust. Firing at the tank’s shell will have no effect, so don’t waste your time doing so. Simply keep firing at the rear engine and you should be able to destroy it in a matter of seconds.
