My Time At Sandrock: Where To Get Plastic Waste. My Time at Sandrock transports players to a desert that was once an ocean, and challenges them to develop and construct with limited resources. Players must balance a lot of things, including sandstorms and the necessity to acquire or make your own water to cook stuff. The game’s emphasis on recycling is also a bit of a challenge, especially when it comes to objects that can only be found this way. By feeding various Waste and Scrap types through the Recycler, players can gain access to materials and generate them without hassle.
The Recycler is a versatile tool in My Time at Sandrock. The more waste kinds you can recycle, the better your Recycler’s level. This includes waste such as iron, rubber, and plastic. Plastic Waste gives players access to Plastic, Plastic Shell, and Plastic Pipe, all of which are required for higher-tier crafting recipes, but they’re not easy to come by.

If you’re having trouble unlocking the blueprint, talk to Qi, the town’s resident researcher. In exchange for Data Discs, he’ll conduct research for you.
