Don’t worry, you’ll find amulets before it. This is how you get the amulet slot in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
The amulet slot is directly above your spell slot/slots in your inventory. Amulets function similarly to rings in that they boost a few of your stats. They’re also reminiscent of artefacts from previous Borderlands games. The more rare an amulet is, the more power it possesses. Blue rarity amulets typically improve two stats and two minor stats, whereas inexperienced rarity amulets typically improve one of each.

To obtain amulets, you must progress through the storey to the point where you complete Brighthoof. Brighthoof is the main area you’ll visit, and the quest there will lead you to the Sword of Souls. Following that, you’ll receive the Thy Bard, With a Vengeance quest, where you’ll meet Torgue. This quest will take you to the Weepwild Dankness before returning to Brighthoof, where Torgue blows up the ocean with a swarm of magical missiles. After completing the Emotion of the Ocean quest, you will be able to use amulets. At this level, you’ll most likely have a few on hand. You are free to equip one.
