Miriel, the Pastor of Vows, is waiting in this location, and there are no criteria to contact with him or open his location. Players can talk with him as soon as they locate him.

Alternative Route To Miriel, Vows Pastor

For those progressing through the Academy of Raya Lucaria, there is an alternate route to the Turtle Pope. The Debate Parlor Site of Grace will be unlocked after players defeat the Red Wolf of Radagon boss. They can then continue into the academy, through some enormous falling rocks and take a path up to the right of the Courtyard. Once they reach the top, they will find themselves in a chamber with an open doorway to the right that leads to a balcony. A Waygate leads directly to the Church of Vows and the Pope Turtle from this balcony.
