To download user creations, players must first enable the “Community Creations” option in the “Online” section of the main menu. If it isn’t already enabled, players can enable it by selecting it and pressing left or right on the D-Pad or analogue stick. They’ll also need to sign in or create a 2K account.
After that, return to the “Online” tab and select “Community Creations”. Then “Downloads,” then “Superstar.” The shoulder buttons take them to a screen with the most recent uploads, but they can also choose from the most downloaded and voted.
