The latest title from FromSoftware combines brutal, harsh fighting with platforming and problem-solving. Testu’s Rise offers crucial gear to triumphant puzzlers, and the latter can reward you with legendary stuff.
While the curiously abandoned paintings around the Lands Between are one of the first puzzles you’ll come across, they require a lot of exploration to complete.
These locked towers, on the other hand, can be opened right where they are! There are three towers that may be locked in this method, with Testu’s Rise being the most difficult.

Where to Find Testu’s Rise
Testu’s Rise is located north of Raya Lucaria Academy on a small island in Liurnia Lake. It can be found by passing around the Academy on either side while arriving in Liurnia.
However, keep in mind that if you travel around the left side, you can accidently disturb Glintstone Dragon Smarag, who is exceedingly tough.
After activating the Site of Grace on the island, proceed to the tower. After that, engage with the Imp statue that stands guard at the door.

Three Wise Beasts Locations
This is when the perplexity starts. You will receive a command after reading the material on the monument. Three wise monsters must be tracked down and slain, because this is Elden Ring.
Don’t be concerned. These animals aren’t really terrifying. In reality, they aren’t antagonistic at all. Even if the game calls them turtles, they’re Spectral tortoises!
You’ll also have to fight with Spectral Zombie creatures, which are slow but can do a lot of damage if they get a hold of you!
Wise Beast 1
Turn to the north after facing the Imp statue (which is pointing east). A zombie idling on a rock ahead of you looks to be keeping an eye on the first Wise Beast. This one is difficult to overlook, so take care of it and move on.
Wise Beast 2
Continue in a clockwise circle around the tower. A swarm of zombies will attack you almost exactly behind the tower’s entrance.
Deal with them if necessary, or stay away from their slow movements. Now raise your head. This turtle is clinging to the tree’s trunk halfway up.

Because it’s out of melee range, you’ll have to rely on distant or magical strikes to take it out. Alternatively, strike the tree first to bring it down.
Wise Beast 3
You can now proceed clockwise, but return to the Imp statue for a better orientation. Take a peek to the south now.
Because this turtle is practically directly opposite the first, go the short distance until you reach the cliff’s edge.
If you look down, you’ll notice that this Wise Beast is underneath you. You already know what to do next…

Possible Glitch & Workaround
If you’re having trouble finding the Wise Beasts despite following our guide, it’s probable that you’re having a problem. Fear not, as proposed by commenters on Elden Ring’s Fextralife wiki, there is a solution.
So far, the time of day and interaction with the Zombies have been cited as potential impediments.
Some believe that the turtles only emerge at night, while others claim that the turtles will vanish if the Zombies “lose aggro” (meaning their AI “forgets” about you).
As a result, we propose using the Site of Grace to wait until nightfall and stay as close to the Zombies as possible. If you lose the Turtles, simply interact with the Imp statue again to have them reappear.
