From the moment the game published, fans of FromSoftware have hoping for a recurrent figure in Elden Ring. Patches originally featured in Armored Core, but his most iconic appearance in Dark Souls, when he punishes players for being greedy by throwing them into a pit and turning traps on them. Where Can I Find Patches?
Patches can discovered in Murkwater Cave, a dungeon located north of Lake Agheel in a valley. When you get close to Murkwater Cave, you’ll have to dismount Torrent and face the NPC invader Bloody Finger Nerijus. To enter Murkwater Cave, you must fight him; if you avoid his assaults for a brief period of time, another NPC will be summoned to assist you. After defeating Nerijus, proceed to the end of Murkwater Cave, where you will find a big room with a mysterious chest.
When you open this chest, will appear in the shadows and mock you for stealing someone else’s stuff. The combat starts a few seconds later, but be careful not to injure him too much. Patches, unlike the most of the bosses in Elden Ring, will surrender if he receives enough damage. When he surrender, stop attacking him, wait a few seconds, and the combat will be ended.
