The Cobalt Coastland is the most interesting of the five regions that players can visit in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The region’s section of the Pokedex contains 96 of the game’s 242 Pokemon species, which is more than any other region’s. It’s a fascinating place to visit because of the large number of Pokemon, though finding all 96 species isn’t going to be easy.
In fact, it’s technically impossible due to the way Pokemon Legends: Arceus adds entire evolutionary lines to a region’s section of the Pokedex even if not all of them can found there. Furthermore, despite both of them appearing in the Cobalt Coastlands section of the Pokedex during Request #66, neither Phione nor Manaphy listed there.
