How To Evolve Happiny Into Chansey In Pokemon Legends: Arceus Happiny, a Normal-type Pokemon, may not be a trainer’s first pick due to its low Attack and Defense. Evolving Happiny
Happiny used to evolve if it had a Friendship level of 220 or more, was holding an Oval Stone, and levelled up in battle. Happiny’s Friendship isn’t a part of its evolution technique in Pokemon Legends: Arceus for some strange reason. Its evolution item (Oval Stone) is no longer a Held Item, but rather an evolutionary stone.
Pokemon can mine crystals/stones in the wild to find Oval Stones. Instead of being at the mercy of RNG, players can visit the Trading Post in Jubilife Village, which is located next to the Galaxy Hall. Trainers can obtain Oval Stones for 400 Merit Points (MP) by locating and returning satchels in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
While Happiny’s development appears to be complete, Chansey still requires Friendship in order to evolve into Blissey. For individuals who only want Chansey, finding the Oval Stone for Happiny is all that is required.
