Cheers is a side mission that you’ll encounter early on in Dying Light 2 with Spark Of Interest, and it’s here that you’ll learn to use your judgement and make decisions about how the storey will progress. We’ll learn more about the Cheers side quest and how to complete it in this section.
In Cheers, you’ll have to choose between Julian and Marco, and your choice will affect everyone in Villedor. The side quest will be available soon. After the main quest The Only Way Out has completed. You’ll have to head to the Bazaar to find Julian and Marco. Julian can found between the Craft Master and the Bar in a little nook. To obtain the mission, speak with him first, then follow your marker to Hans. You’ll notice a door with a lock as you arrive; pick on the lock to open it and enter. Continue to the left to find another door.
A cut scene will play as you progress through it. After then, check your marker to see where Hans went. Continue straight until you reach the row of buildings after your marker has vanished. Climb to the top of the buildings, then look around for a tower where Hans will be.

Cheers Side Quest
After you locate and converse with Hans, you will given a new marker to locate Marco. You’ll need to go to the building’s second storey, and there are two ways to accomplish so. If you’re coming from the south, proceed into the chamber with the red paint cans, continue until you reach a ladder, turn right, and then turn left. If you’re approaching from the north, enter via the window and proceed to the brown door on the right. Get under the three boards on the door that are blocking your route and open the door on the left. You will confronted with a shaft that you must traverse. Look immediately in front of you, at the gap in the bottom of the wall, before you reach the bottom. After passing through the gap and inspecting the left side of the chamber you’ll find Marco.
After speaking with Marco, descend one floor. You’ve killed all of the zombies in the chamber and investigated the door, you’ll have to choose between Julian and Marco.
Choosing one side or the other will have implications. If you select Julian over Marco, Marco will attack you, and if you arrive unprepared, it will be a difficult fight. Only Flour will given to you as a prize for defeating him. The mission will conclude if you choose Marco, and you will receive your prize of Flour and 250 Old World Money, as well as Julian sentenced to death. You can return to the Bazaar to chat with the other NPCs and Julian about the decision you made, but it not required.
