Where to Find and Evolve Horsea

Horsea can be found at the Fountainspring Cave, Riverbank Cave, and Still-Water Cavern hideaways in the Grand Underground. Can be seen swimming in the water, and trainers will need to use HM Surf to get to it. Horsea will be at a higher level than those found in the wild because this is the post-game.
Can also be obtained via fishing on Route 226. When utilising a Good Rod, it has a 35% chance of appearing. Horsea’s level range will be between 10 and 25. When using the Super Rod, Seadra has a 45 percent chance of being hooked. Its level will be 30-55, which is higher than Horsea’s.

Kingdra’s stats appear to be average at first sight. Because none of its base stats exceed 100, the Attack/Defense/Special Attack/Special Defense base stat cap at level 100 will be 317. (Natures and EVs are not calculated here). Special Attack is one of Kingdra’s better stats because all of its damage-dealing moves are Special. Modest (+Sp.Attk, -Attk) is the greatest Nature for Kingdra because it will provide him a boost in Special Attack.
Kingdra has few Type-weaknesses as a result of its unique typing, and can usually shrug off Electric and Grass-type attacks that other Water-type Pokemon would be vulnerable to. How To Get Kingdra
Ice Beam is a good move to offer Kingdra because it will protect it from most Dragon-types while also dealing with Grass-types. In generation 8, Kingdra can’t learn any Poison-type moves, but it can learn the Steel-type move Flash Cannon to counter Fairy-types. However, a mix of Water/Dragon/Ice-type moves should be used to fill Kingdra’s moveset.
Swift Swim and Sniper are Kingdra’s usual skills, while Damp is its Hidden Ability. When Rain Dance is active (or if it’s raining), Swift Swim increases Kingdra’s speed, and Sniper increases Kingdra’s critical hit by 1.5 damage. The Ability Damp restricts the use of moves like Explosion and Self-Destruct. Additionally, abilities that do damage after a Pokemon has fainted (Aftermath) will not harm Kingdra.
In competitive play, possessing a Kingdra with Swift Swim is advantageous since it allows it to outrun opponents. Unfortunately, Rain Dance must be activated in order for this Ability to work. Sniper is a useful ability, but it is dependent on luck. Certain items increase the likelihood of critical hits, but Kingdra is better off carrying other items. Damp isn’t awful either, but it is entirely dependent on the opponent’s actions. The Ability is worthless in combat if the opponent does not have Self-Destruct or Explosion.
While Kingdra (Dragon/Water-type) isn’t as powerful as Palkia (Dragon/Water-type), it’s still a capable Water-type (or Dragon-type) Pokemon capable of holding its own against more formidable opponents.
