Where To Get Mortus Horns In Warframe. The popularity of Warframe is soaring. Not only did the game’s makers create a whole new expansion. But it also just set new marks for Tennocon attendees and concurrent online gamers.
The New War, Warframe’s most recent expansion. Continues the game’s primary quest plot by pitting all of the game’s factions against the sentient army. The sentient-hybrid Caliban one of the new warframes included in this major update, as planned.
Obtaining Caliban is a multi-step process. However, one stage in particular is more perplexing than the others: acquiring Mortus Horns.
What are Mortus Horns
Anomaly Shards and Narmer Isoplasts make up the majority of Caliban’s blueprint ingredients. Which players will naturally accumulate when they combat Sentients and fulfil Warframe’s Narmer Bounties. Some elements, such as Breath of the Eidolon or Hespazym Alloy, are more difficult to come by.
Caliban’s chassis requires 10 Mortus Horns. Which unique in that they not found in typical fight drops. Requires the gamer to go out of their way.

Fishing for Mortus Horns
One of the fish that spawn in the Plains of Eidolon, is the only way to obtain Mortus Horns. Bait, spears, and bright dye are all recommended for fishing in Warframe. The Lanzo and Peram spears are the most effective for this job. And depending on when they arrive, players can utilise Peppered Bait or Twilight Bait.
Mortus Lungfish spawn during all hours of the day and night. Thus players shouldn’t be concerned about arriving at the Plains at a particular time. However, they spawn slightly more at night. Thus if the player has other objectives in mind for that session. They may want to wait until dark to fulfil them.
Players will not discover these freshwater fish near the shores because they are freshwater fish. Instead, players should hunt for landlocked still ponds. Such as the Twin Horns near Cetus or The Ribs at the map’s northwest corner.
The larger the fish, the more resources it provides. It makes no difference if the player’s only goal is to find mortus horns for Caliban. Only one Mortus Horn given by every Mortus Lungfish, big or tiny.
After catching any 10 Mortus Lungfish. The player can return to Cetus and present them to Fisher Hai-Lunk. Who will disassemble them. Any leftovers or excess ingredients might traded in.
