Own the Volume 1 Pass
The AcceleRacers Bassline can only be obtained by purchasing the Hot Wheels Unleashed Volume 1 Pass and downloading it. Scroll through the Add On menu until you reach the page for the AcceleRacers Bassline from the main menu. You must now download the car from the appropriate digital retailer. You won’t be able to do this if you don’t have the Volume 1 Pass, so make sure you get one if you want the automobile. The car should appear in your collection after it has been downloaded. We had to restart the game to get it to work properly, and you might have to do the same.
