Fortnite Patch Notes November 23 Fortnite Chapter 2 is coming to an end, but Epic Games has added even more content with the 18.40 update Hotfix, which includes the Strike from the Shadows Week, a vote to bring back the Flint-Knock Pistol, and a favourite LTM.
Season 8 of Fortnite is coming to an end, and leaks indicate that the next season will mark the start of Chapter 3. But the content doesn’t stop there, as the 18.40 update Hotfix will be available on November 23.
The Strike from the Shadows event and the Flint-Knock vote are both included in the 18.40 Hotfix update.

Fortnite Strike from the Shadows Week has been added in Hotfix 18.40.
The 18.40 update of Fortnite welcomed Naruto and the rest of Team 7 to the island, and Epic Games is continuing the ninja-themed celebration with the Strike from the Shadows Week.
This themed event runs from November 23 at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET / 2 p.m. GMT to November 30 at the same time. “Paper Bomb Kunai and Shadow Stones are all over the place!” for the rest of the week! Shadow Floppers can also be caught in greater numbers… and even found on land.”
However, because the event has not yet appeared in competitive playlists, you won’t have to worry about a swarm of invisible players.
You can also complete a new Strike from the Shadows Punchcard Quest to earn a tonne of bonus XP.

The Donation Boards were also updated in the 18.40 Hotfix to pit the Proximity Grenade Launcher and Flint-Knock Pistol against each other, with players voting to unvault one of the items.
The Proximity Grenade Launcher is a potent weapon because its ‘nades will detonate simply by being close to an enemy. The Flint-Knock is a fan-favorite pistol that flings you back when fired.
Simply go to the Donation Boards and spend Gold Bars to vote to bring back your favourite weapon.
Fortnite Bounty Duos have been added in the 18.40 Hotfix.
The Bounty LTM debuted in 2019 with a John Wick crossover, and the 18.40 Hotfix has made the Duos version available.
In this mode, players must collect as many coins as they can – and the first team to do so wins. However, you only get three lives, and the top earners are highlighted on the map.
