How To Farm Money Fast In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl The trainer started Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl with 3,000-5,000 Pokemon Dollars. Although this is good for the beginning, it is not enough to buy better items early in the game. During the journey of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players will spend money to purchase healing items, resurrection, costumes, and pokeballs. This means they will want to start making money as soon as possible.
Different NPCs reward different amounts of money when they are defeated. Compared with Ace Trainers, Youngsters and other trainer courses provide fewer Pokemon Dollars. In addition, the leading Pokemon can hold certain items to increase income. Knowing what to get, what to equip and who to fight with is the only way to make money in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Compare seekers, amulet coins and lucky incense
The first key item a player wants to get is Vs. Seeker. This device allows players to challenge previously fought trainers to rematch. Fortunately, you get a pair. Seekers are scripted in BDSP. After defeating Gardenia, the player encounters Dawn / Lucas on Route 207 and receives a V. Seeker and dowsing machine. versus. The seeker will be recharged after 100 steps. As long as the player is recharging and the NPC you want to fight is ready for a rematch, you can keep fighting the same trainer over and over again.
Amulet coins & lucky incense
Next, get an amulet coin. An item possessed by Pokemon that doubles the amount of money earned after battle. Located in Amity Square in Heart Home City. Go to the old ruins on the right side of Amity Square. Step into the one on the left and explore the area until Lucas / Dawn picks up an amulet coin. Now give it to the main party Pokemon before entering the battle. It is recommended to equip this item when fighting a gym leader
Another money-raising item is the Luck Incense. To get this, players need to have HM Rock Smash and HM Surf.
- Go to the Ravaged Path (Route 204).
- Use Rock Smash to break any boulders and follow the path.
- There’s a body of water that can be crossed via Surf. Follow this left.
- Continue on the path and pick up the Luck Incense.
If players have amulet coins, they don’t need to get the incense of luck. Unfortunately, these items don’t stack in combat. If a lead Pokemon has an amulet coin and exchanges it for a Pokemon with a rack incense, the prize will be doubled, not quadrupled.
However, if you are lucky enough to give it to you, you can use your lucky incense to get a happy egg. Normally, when breeding Lucky or Brissy, the resulting eggs will hatch Lucky. As long as Lucky has a lucky incense in Pokemon Day Care, it will produce Happiness Eggs. Players can also get Happiness Eggs from Heart Home City hiker NPCs.
Challenge the trainer to rematch
Take the amulet coin (or incense) that a first-class Pokemon has and go to Route 212 near the Pokemon Mansion. The goal here is to challenge a good looking NPC. Their trainer class is social celebrities, gentlemen and young ladies. When defeated, each person pays a large amount of money and doubles with amulet coins / luck incense.
If they are defeated, use Vs. Seekers who challenge them again. Repeat this process and remember the pair. Seekers need to be recharged, so take 100 steps between rematches.
One way to end the battle quickly is to take a high level Pokemon and wipe out the team. The opponent team’s Pokemon can be at a much higher level as the player is challenging the rematch. If necessary, be wary and save before fighting.
Another subset of trainers that give huge amounts of money is the Elite Four. This is an elite four and players cannot stop healing Pokemon at the Pokemon Center, so this is not recommended unless you have a team

Optional: catch meow meow
Meowth may not be impressive for some players, but its iconic action “payday” can make it easier for you to get change after a battle. Each time it is used, the payday will spread the coins to 5 times the Meowth level. Starting from the 6th generation, amulet coins/lucky incense now stack with payday. Since the number of coins depends on the level of Meow Meow, it is not a bad idea to evolve it into Persian and keep it at a medium level.
Remember: Meowmeow needs to use payday in battle. If you don’t use payday, just put it on the talisman coin and exchange it at the beginning of the battle to not earn extra money.
To get Meow Meow, the player first needs to have National Dex. Unlock it by viewing each Pokemon in Shenao and talking with Professor Rowan in Sandgem Town.
Meow can be caught in the Trophy Garden and used as one of the “Daily Pokemon”. Talk to Mr. Bucklot in the Pokemon Building. He can be found in a room on the right wing of the building. If Meow is there, he will mention seeing a bunch of Meows in his trophy garden. One strategy is to save before talking to Mr. Backlot and then talk to him. If the Pokemon is not Meow, please reset the game and talk to him again.
Some trainers may find this tedious, because Meowth can only be used in BDSP for a long time. Most importantly, Meowth needs to be able to maintain his position in battle and be able to send spam to payday without being eliminated. Fortunately, the Persians can still use Payday, and as an evolved Pokemon, its statistics are better than Meow’s.
