In SMT 5, where can I find Leanan Sidhe?
Shiba Park is home to Leanan Sidehe. You can find her in the cave here if you go to the Tokyo Tower Leyline.

Assisting Leanan Sidhe
This will result in a fight with the Apsaras at her base. Leanan Sidhe will join you as a reward if you defeat the Apsaras, who deals a lot of ice damage. Leanan Sidehe, a big magic damage dealer, came in at level 17 for me. Her main advantage is that she has Dark moves, which are uncommon in the early game. She is slightly stronger than Apsaras, who will join you if you help her.
Assisting Apsaras
Apsaras is the only one who gives you the quest and will join you if you assist her. She specialises in ice, which comes in handy when dealing with the boss at the Tokyo Tower. She is one level lower than Leanan Sidehe and thus comes in slightly weaker.
