How to Generate Killer Clowns
First and foremost, you must sign into GTA Online and join a private or public session. You should be able to find one in both. If you want the Clown to spawn, you must be in a somewhat deserted location with no other players nearby.
According to most Reddit and Twitter users, these Killer Clowns spawn while you are driving slowly (below 60 MPH) or wandering about the streets of Los Santos or any other region. They usually spawn within 20 minutes of joining a session.
Here are some additional requirements that we’ve discovered in order to generate a Killer Clown:
- You will need to be on foot or in a simple vehicle. (No helicopters, planes, boats or the Opressor)
- The time of day needs to between 10 PM and 5 AM (Before sun-rise)
- You will need to be in free-form mode.

You can still take them out with high-caliber shots fired from your Sniper Rifles or, if you choose, a Rocket Launcher Or Explosive Mines. Most of the time, they do not try outright but are staggered.
