To find the Shaggy Doggo graffiti in Believer Beach, go to the east side of town and look for the petrol station. The graffiti can be found just next to the mending machine.
The Shaggy Doggo graffiti in Retail Row may be found behind the most northerly business, adjacent to a piece of edgy skull graffiti. Simply go around this building till you find it.

Finally, if you want to see Steamy Stacks, proceed to the most northerly chimney and wander around the inside until you see the Shaggy Doggo graffiti placed on the inside of the lower pillars.
Once you’ve spotted the graffiti, remember to emote, any emote, in front of it to unlock the Fashion Doggo spray.
