The issue is that users who play on a mobile device can play against others who utilise an emulator.
This is incredibly unfair to mobile players because controlling and aiming with a mouse and keyboard is considerably easier. That’s why, in Free Fire, Garena changed the matchmaking to only allow emulator players to play with each other.

In one of the recent posts on Free Fire’s social media, Free Fire announced that there will be a separate matchmaking pool for Free Fire emulator players.
